Day-Of Wedding Consulting - $1750
Services include:
Pre-wedding consultations and planning meetings
Unlimited correspondence via-email and phone
Pre-Wedding site check
Creation of wedding day timeline
Confirmation and coordination with all vendors
Rehearsal & ceremony supervision
Pre-wedding set-up as necessary
Reception coordination and supervision
Event wrap-up and site walk through at end of event
Rehearsal and Ceremony Coordination - $500
Services include:
Creation of ceremony timeline
Rehearsal & ceremony supervision
Ensuring that the wedding party understands their roles
Ceremony site set-up as necessary
Cuing of musicians, clergy and wedding party
Ceremony site breakdown as necessary
Hourly Rate - $65 per hour
Some couples may choose to hire me just to assist and give advice on certain aspects of their wedding. An additional hourly rate is also charged for activities such as assisting with the assembly of invitations, programs and favors, attending vendor meetings with the bride and groom, vendor/site research and referrals, and wedding related errands not included in the "Day-Of" package.
